I recently had a new home built in the southern suburbs of Houston. Being a big proponent of ample natural light, and having a relatively nice backyard view, I had several additional windows placed on the walls of the house facing the back. All said and done, the house ended up having 26 windows. Three of these were full size, sliding, "windows" that formed a passage between the lounge and backyard patio. Needless to say, finding shades/blinds/curtains was going to be a time-consuming process. I spent a lot of time talking to different vendors, visiting hardware stores and looking at different offerings and designs. Eventually, I decided to go with Stoneside Blinds and Shades.
